Visible Assets Limited was incorporated in June 1989 and is headquartered at No. 25, Balarabe Musa Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. We are a diversified business organisation with subsidiaries and affiliates including Visible Assets Energy Services Ltd and Aboil Energy Services Ltd.
The company engages in construction works, project financing, Oil & Gas consultancy, legal and corporate support, and supply services. We have consulted for globally recognised companies including NISSHO IWAI Europe Plc., Sumitomo Corporation of America, and have served as agents for MEDC of the United Kingdom.

Olugbenga Popoola
Head, Contracts & Tender
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Covenant University (2010) with over five years of professional experience in the oil & gas industry. Heads the Contracts & Tender department at Aboil Energy Services Ltd. Past experience includes offshore drilling for SNEPCo, NPDC and Allied-CARMAC Energy on BONGA NW, OKONO 9 and OYO fields. Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
Oluseyi O. Aoko
Barrister & Solicitor
A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, called to the Bar in 1999. Has been in active legal practice since then with a bias for Commercial Law practice including public-private partnerships and project financing. His wealth of experience has contributed immensely to the growth and profitability of the Company.
